First Month Included
Everything is included for free for the first month, when you sign up for HMS prior to your website launch.
Notes about your Hosting, Maintenance, and Support (HMS)
- HMS can be added at any time. The first month free applies only to clients who sign up for HMS package prior to launch of website.
- Support includes up to 4 requests per month that requires no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Most support requests take less than 15 minutes. For example: We give you the tools to and training to modify text and load images, so you can make basic changes to your website without contacting us. Major changes to the layout of a page or adding new pages takes considerably longer than 15 minutes, are not covered under the HMS agreement, and will be charged at an hourly rate.
